Nick Gottlieb, the President of Gottlieb Employee Relations, has spent nearly two decades training and guiding executives and leaders on how to tackle the most difficult workforce issues an organization can face.
His time at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) exemplifies his approach to HR advisory services. While serving as a trusted and discreet advisor to leadership, he built a global misconduct case management system, drafted and published handbooks on workplace investigations and supervisory expectations, and in the process improved case timelines by over 300% while increasing the number of corrective actions taken each year by over 500%.
Nick has received investigatory training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and has completed courses on HR strategic leadership at Cornell University and advanced negotiations at the Harvard Business School of Negotiations. He is a graduate of Indiana University’s Mauer School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and maintains a secret clearance.
